Musicòmic, concert for comics and orchestra, is a work that integrates the visual and auditory concepts of the comic and the children’s orchestra. Three stories of the popular legend are collected: The princess of maybe yes, The blacksmith and the devil and The one that you say, mother.
The montage is interpreted live with the complement of a screen where the different vignettes of the comedian mounted on Power Point are projected in a synchronized way with the score.
The general score includes all the instruments of the orchestra, the narration of the characters and the script of the sequencing of the appearance on the screen of the different vignettes that illustrate the story.

Musicómic is a concert for comic and children’s symphony orchestra. This work was commissioned to Antoni Tolmos by the Camerata XXI private Foundation and premiered at the El Vendrell Auditorium on July 19, 2003 under the direction of Xavier Blanc with an orchestra of 80 children between 8 and 12 years old.
