On May 10 of 2019, within the framework of the “Local Holidays”  and in the space of the plenary hall of the city council, Antoni Tolmos offered the institutional proclamation that gave the starting point to the Local Holidays. Antoni Tolmos spoke about his essence as a Lleida resident and, accompanied by his piano, reviewed the most emblematic songs and experiences in the city of Lleida.
